These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STOC Screener website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Boobesh Dasarath, an individual proprietor doing business as Systematic Traders Official Club ("STOC", "we", "us", or "our"), with place of business at 210, Vasantham Colony - Vasuki St, Thandalam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600128, India.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
STOC Screener is a stock market screening tool that displays computed technical indicators, price data, volume data, and aggregated sector data for publicly listed equity securities on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and major United States exchanges. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not Investment Advice
STOC Screener is not an investment advisor, broker, dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other type of advice. We do not recommend that any specific security, portfolio of securities, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.
Any decisions you make about buying, selling, or holding any security are your own. You should consult with a qualified, registered investment advisor before making any investment decision.
STOC, its operator, employees, and affiliates are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. We do not provide research reports, target prices, stop-loss recommendations, or position sizing guidance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us immediately of unauthorized access, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
STOC Screener offers a free Basic tier and paid Pro and Elite tiers. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and is subject to change with notice.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes may apply.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Data Sources and Accuracy
Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party data providers and updated on an end-of-day basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure data integrity, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or signal displayed.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data and indicator values may contain errors. You should not rely solely on the Service for any time-sensitive decision.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, copy, republish, reverse-engineer, decompile, misuse, resell, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data. You also agree not to share your account credentials or use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party tools including authentication, payment processing, hosting, database, market data, and charting services. Your use of those features is subject to the third parties' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including the STOC Screener brand, logo, page design, copy, screening methodology, computed indicators, and proprietary aggregations, is the property of STOC and protected by applicable laws. You receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Stock charts displayed within the Service are powered by TradingView. TradingView and its marks are property of TradingView Inc., used under their widget license.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STOC disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOC, its operator, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STOC, its operator, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
15. Modifications
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India.
